Shanti House was founded in 1984 and serves both as a temporary home and long-term support for runaway, homeless youth at risk aged 14-21 from all population strata and sectors, regardless of religion, race, sex or gender. At Shanti House we take care of youth in immediate danger or liable to get into physical violence, sexual abuse, delinquency, prostitution, etc. Additionally, we implement a preventive program for youth at risk around Israel.
